Happy 3rd Birthday Emmett Chase

For Emmett's 3rd birthday party he requested a "worker party".  I panicked at first not knowing what to do but quickly settled on a construction party.  I took Emmett down to the construction site for our new YMCA.  The "worker guys" were busy building and Emmett was busy moving rocks for them.  He 100% feels like he was a "worker" and that he was a lot of help with the construction of the new YMCA.  We can't drive past there without Emmett yelling "I work there!"

At 3 you're busy Emmett... really really busy. Thankfully for Mommy you're still taking naps so I do get a good hour break every afternoon to recharge so I can better attempt to keep up with you.  You're still head over heals in love with your Daddy.  You are soooo cute and loving. Can't imagine life without you buddy!!

Brooklynn's First Acting Dubut

Brooklynn and one her best friends Audrey took an acting class together this summer.  At the end of the class they put on a play for their families called "The Smiley Shark".  We have posted most of the play on YouTube.  Brooklynn had a blast in the class and I'm sure we'll be participating next year as well.
