Trip to our families favorite beach in Empire

I am right where I wanted to be - married to a wonderful husband and a stay at home mom. While I am where I wanted to be I know my life is far from picture perfect. Its one of personal growth and a determination to focus on the positive in life even when it feels like lemon's at every turn. I have so many life changes ahead of me.

Parenting Brooklynn and Emmet is my top passion. I am a work in progress mother who is just trying to figure it all out one day at a time.

Todd and I met back in 1998 while in college. He was too busy being a track superstar at first to notice me but I tricked him into believing that I would be the best thing that ever happened to him (SUCKER!!) and we got married in September 2004. Since then I have seen my husband grow so much. We're definitely in this together as our commitment to each other in "the good times and bad" has been tested.

He is an amazing father, funny and forgiving. When he is not busy helping and playing with our children, making meals or mowing the lawn, he is working as an engineer at Jeyes USA. He loves to read, camp, hike and bike. Brooklynn will tell you all her Daddy does is mow and goes to Kohls to buy her dresses.

Our beautiful daughter Brooklynn is about to turn five-years-old. She is very smart and funny... Not a day goes by that she does not have us in stitches. She likes imaginary play, coloring and reading books with Mommy. She loves her brother and is enjoying him as a playmate.

Emmett is my little boy... well he really is a daddys boy and prefers men in general. He will be turning three mid July. He enjoys playing outside, wrestling, reading books and playdough.

Gunner is our four-year-old Weimaraner. He is a big ball of energy but a very sweet dog underneith all the craziness. He enjoys dragging Todd down the road on his bike, knocking Brooklynn over I guess, playing catch and taking off every now and then to visit the neighbors.
